Refund Policy

Need to Cancel?!? We get it—sometimes plans change! Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at The Marked Pour Co., so we can stay flexible while keeping your date protected.

 

If You Need to Cancel:

 

30+ days before your event: You’ll receive a full refund minus your deposit, which is non-refundable but helps us reserve your spot and prepare.

 

7–29 days before your event: We’ll refund 50% of your total balance (if already paid). The deposit remains non-refundable.

 

6 days or less before your event: At this point, we’ve likely turned away other bookings to hold your date. We’re unable to offer a refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule!

 

Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before Event: No refund issued. Full payment is retained due to the late cancellation.

 

Need to Reschedule? You’re welcome to reschedule your event once for free if you give us at least 30 days’ notice. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date!

 

Rescheduling with less than 30 days’ notice may incur a small fee, depending on availability and preparation already completed.

 

Life Happens: If something truly out of your control comes up (like a hurricane or major emergency), we’ll work with you to reschedule within 6 months—no added fees, just understanding.
