Booking Policies

​

Let's Lock You In! A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. Final payment due 7 days before event. All events are booked in 4-hour party blocks. Want to keep the cocktails flowing? Extra hours are available (with advance notice or on the spot if we’re free!) for $150 per hour per bartender.

 

Travel & Setup – We Come to You! We travel within 30 miles of Viera for free. A little farther? No worries—just a small travel fee. We arrive 1.5 to 2 hours early to get everything prepped, polished, and perfect.

 

You Bring the Booze, We Bring the Magic! You're in charge of the alcohol—we’ll mix, shake, and serve it with style. We don’t serve underage guests (even if they’re “just having one”) and we’ll cut off anyone who’s had too much fun. Safety is always in style.

 

One bartender is great for up to 75 guests. More guests = more hands on deck. We’ll add extra bartenders for an additional fee to keep those lines short and the drinks flowing. Final guest count is due 7 days before we show up.

 

Need to Cancel?!? We get it—sometimes plans change! Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at The Marked Pour Co., so we can stay flexible while keeping your date protected.

 

If You Need to Cancel:

 

30+ days before your event: You’ll receive a full refund minus your deposit, which is non-refundable but helps us reserve your spot and prepare.

 

7–29 days before your event: We’ll refund 50% of your total balance (if already paid). The deposit remains non-refundable.

 

6 days or less before your event: At this point, we’ve likely turned away other bookings to hold your date. We’re unable to offer a refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule!

 

Cancellation 7 Days or Less Before Event: No refund issued. Full payment is retained due to the late cancellation.

 

Need to Reschedule? You’re welcome to reschedule your event once for free if you give us at least 30 days’ notice. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date!

 

Rescheduling with less than 30 days’ notice may incur a small fee, depending on availability and preparation already completed.

 

Life Happens: If something truly out of your control comes up (like a hurricane or major emergency), we’ll work with you to reschedule within 6 months—no added fees, just understanding.

Terms and Conditions

1.Terms and Conditions Service Overview

The Marked Pour Co., is a Florida-based mobile bartending service for private events. We do not hold a liquor license and do not sell or supply alcohol. All alcohol must be provided by the client in accordance with applicable laws.

Client Responsibilities

- Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying all alcoholic beverages.
- Alcohol must only be served to guests age 21 and over.
- The event environment must be safe and lawful.

Bartender Discretion

- We reserve the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or underage guest.
- We may stop service or leave if conditions become unsafe or illegal.

Payments & Cancellations

- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
- Final payment is due 7 days before the event date.
- Cancellations within 72 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal issues related to alcohol consumption. You agree to hold The Marked Pour Co. harmless from such claims.

Intellectual Property

All website content on The Marked Pour Co. may not be used without permission.

Users agree not to misuse our site or engage in behavior that disrupts its function or integrity.
