​Booking & Payment

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before the event. Your date is not considered secured until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.

Alcohol Policy

The Marked Pour Co. does not purchase, provide, or sell alcoholic beverages. Clients are responsible for supplying all liquor, beer, and wine for their event.

To make purchasing easier, we provide a customized alcohol buying guide with recommended quantities based on guest count and beverage selections. Many clients choose retailers such as ABC Fine Wine & Spirits or Costco for their alcohol purchasing needs.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

All retainers and deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may receive a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable retainer. Cancellations made 10–29 days before the event may receive a 50% refund of payments made beyond the retainer. Cancellations made 9 days or fewer before the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. A new event date may be subject to updated pricing, including higher rates for peak-season dates, holidays, or other high-demand dates. Rescheduling requests made fewer than 30 days before the event may also incur additional fees.

Service & Safety

The Marked Pour Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to minors, visibly intoxicated guests, or anyone whose behavior creates an unsafe environment or violates applicable laws or venue policies.

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for ensuring appropriate access to the event location for setup, service, and breakdown.

 

Event Changes

Changes to guest count, venue, service hours, beverage selections, or event timeline may affect pricing and service requirements. Additional service time, travel, parking, tolls, or other event-related expenses may be added when applicable.

Outdoor events must provide a safe and suitable service environment. The Marked Pour Co. may modify or discontinue service when weather or site conditions create a safety concern.

The Marked Pour Co. respects your privacy and uses the information you provide only to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings, communicate about your event, and improve our services.

We may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, event details, and information submitted through our website forms.

We do not sell your personal information. We may use trusted third-party services, such as our website platform, payment processor, or email provider, to help operate our business.
